Custom meals are meals prepared according to your request: (i.e., specific oil types (ghee, olive oil, avocado oil, etc.; seasonings (i.e., only salt and pepper), food measurement (i.e., 4oz, 6oz, 8oz of proteins, carbs and/or vegetables)

Any meal preparation requests to change or omit ingredients that are included in the weekly meal preparation process will be considered a ‘Custom’ meal. There is an additional fee for every meal that will need to be prepared outside of the weekly meal prep menu.

To place a custom meal order, please send your request to prep2cook018@gmail.com no later than Wednesday of each week. This can help to ensure that your meal request will be prepared and ready for delivery/pick up on the following Monday.
